Terms and conditions
The rules for booking and taking part in Breaze sessions, programmes and trainings.
Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to all bookings with Casa Breaze SL (NIF B24951725), Carrer de Viladomat 320, 08029 Barcelona, Spain, [email protected], trading as Breaze. They cover free and paid online masterclasses, sessions and events, online programmes and memberships, 1:1 journeys and mentoring, company bookings, and the Breaze Breathwork Facilitator Training. If a specific offer has its own conditions, those apply in addition to these terms.
Booking
A booking becomes binding when you receive our confirmation by email. Please check that your details are correct. For free events, registering means you agree to receive the joining information and related reminders.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Payment is due at booking unless the offer states otherwise, for example payment in instalments for the Facilitator Training. If an instalment is not paid, we may pause access to the programme until it is settled.
Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you book as a consumer online, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. This right does not apply to:
- sessions and events that take place on a specific date (leisure services, Art. 103(l) of the Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU), and
- digital content or online programmes that you asked to start before the 14 days ended, once you have started.
To withdraw, send us a clear message to [email protected] within the deadline. We refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Cancellations by you
- Sessions and events: cancel at least 7 days before and get a full refund. Later cancellations cannot be refunded, but you are welcome to send someone in your place, just tell us their name.
- 1:1 sessions: can be moved free of charge up to 48 hours before. Later cancellations are charged in full.
- Memberships: cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Facilitator Training: the cancellation conditions stated in your training agreement apply.
Changes and cancellations by us
If we have to cancel or move an event, for example because of illness or too few participants, we offer you a new date or a full refund. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs you booked yourself.
Health and safety
Breathwork can be deep and intense. It is not a medical or psychological treatment and does not replace one.
Please do not take part, or talk to your doctor first, if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma, a severe psychiatric condition, or if you have recently had surgery. You are responsible for telling us about any relevant condition before a session and for taking care of yourself during it. You can stop at any time.
Online sessions and recordings
For online sessions you need a stable internet connection and a quiet, safe space where you can lie down. Please never practise while driving or in water. Live sessions may be recorded for participants. Your camera can stay off, and we do not publish recordings in which you can be identified without your consent.
Content and materials
All recordings, course materials, scripts and music playlists we provide are for your personal use only. Please do not share, copy or resell them. Facilitator Training graduates may use what they learned in their own work as described in the training agreement.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable damage. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Where the law allows, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction.
